Bryce joined D&H Group in 1997 and has broad knowledge and experience in private enterprise tax matters, including tax structuring and reorganizations, estate planning and purchases and sales of businesses. Bryce has successfully represented clients ranging from professionals and family-owned businesses, to individuals and corporations dealing with cross-border income tax matters.

Bryce has extensive and diverse representative experience in industries including real estate development, technology, services and hospitality. Bryce has also represented numerous clients effectively in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”), and has assisted many clients with the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (“SR&ED”) tax credit program.
