Arthur joined D&H Group LLP in 1994, and has been an income tax specialist since 1997. Arthur advises clients on a variety of income tax matters, from dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency on specific issues and filings to planning for major transactions. He also has particular expertise in dealing with both inbound and outbound cross border tax matters, in dealing with U.S. tax matters for Canadian residents, and in dealing with taxation issues for First Nations organizations and individuals.
Arthur also has a broad range of industry experience, including real estate, technology, hospitality, resource, and manufacturing, and he has authored articles and made presentations on various income tax matters in Canada and abroad.
