Carly joined D&H Group LLP in 2008 as an assurance manager. Prior to joining D&H Group LLP, she was a manager at one of the big four accounting firms.

Carly serves privately-held and publicly-listed Canadian businesses and not-for-profit organizations with their auditing, tax compliance and financial reporting needs. Carly has particular accounting knowledge and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Accounting standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations (ASNPO).

Carly has helped a number of businesses complete initial public offerings (IPO) and has helped many private companies prepare for their IPO. Carly has gained in-depth knowledge of Canadian securities regulations in the context of financial reporting.

Carly also has experience in D&H Group LLP’s general practice area and has advised small business owners with tax planning and preparation for corporations, trusts and individuals.

Carly is responsible for maintaining and improving D&H Group LLP’s internal quality control assurance systems as required by the Canadian quality control standards.
