Since joining D&H Group LLP in 2005, Chris has represented clients in complex matters such as business incorporation, due diligence, financial projections and modelling, corporate reorganizations and financing, estate planning, foreign investment in Canada, sales tax, and Canada Revenue Agency dispute resolution.

Chris has broad knowledge and experience in private enterprise tax and accounting, and specializes in industries such as technology, construction, real estate, fisheries, and incorporated professionals.
