Jeff joined D&H Group LLP in 2013. As a Principal in our Tax Group, Jeff is responsible for providing our clients with an extensive range of income tax advisory services. Specializing exclusively in taxation since 1998, Jeff has worked with national and local firms of Chartered Professional Accountants in Vancouver, BC. Jeff has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course and the CPA Canada Corporate Reorganizations course, acted as tutor for the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, presented on tax matters for the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (“CPABC”) Professional Development series, served as a member of the CPABC Taxation Forum and presented papers at Canadian Tax Foundation conferences.
Jeff advises our clients on a wide range of corporate and personal income tax matters, including corporate reorganizations, real estate development and ownership, non-residents carrying on business in Canada, purchasing or selling a business, and dealing with income tax authorities in tax audits and objections to income tax assessments.
