Since joining D&H Group LLP in 2003 Heather assisted many clients with business valuation and transaction advisory services including: project assessments; due diligence reviews procedures for acquisition, merger and divesture transactions; shareholder disputes; financial projections and modelling; contract development and financing assistance. Heather works with clients in the private and public sector as well as First Nations.
Heather also provides accounting, assurance, income tax and business advisory services with a focus on family-owned and other closely-held private enterprises and First Nations organizations. Heather has experience with clients engaged in technology research and development, renewable and non-renewable resource development, aquaculture, real estate, restaurant and hospitality and with incorporated professionals.
